Abstract
Un sistema y un método para determinar un análisis diagnóstico de un paciente en varias etapas de madurez dental que predice futuras condiciones y/o recomendaciones de tratamiento. El sistema y el método localizan puntos en una boca de un paciente usando un dispositivo de imágenes en el que el dispositivo de imágenes genera datos de imágenes. Los datos de imágenes son transferidos a una unidad central de procesamiento donde la unidad central de procesamiento tiene acceso a una base de datos que tiene información asociada con las condiciones ortodónticas almacenadas en la misma. La unidad central de procesamiento obtiene mediciones asociadas con puntos seleccionados y dentadura en la boca del paciente y predice condiciones ortodónticas del paciente basado en las mediciones y la información en la base de datos. La unidad central de procesamiento recomienda tratamientos al paciente basado en las condiciones ortodónticas predichas.
