Abstract
La invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la preparación de coladas de metal ferroso, en el que - un molde perdido (10) con un espacio hueco (12) se inserta (etapa 106) para el alojamiento de material de colada (54) en una coquilla abierta de varias partes (22, 24), - la coquilla se cierra (etapa 106), - el espacio hueco (12) se llena con material de colada (54), refundiéndose (etapa 108) parcialmente un dispositivo de soporte (14) que se adentra parcialmente en el espacio hueco, - el molde perdido (10) tras el llenado se refrigera (etapas 110, 112, 114) en la coquilla, - la coquilla se abre durante la refrigeración como muy temprano tras quedar por debajo de la temperatura de liquidus y el molde perdido con la colada se extrae (etapa 116) de la coquilla sin destrucción, - el molde perdido (10) sigue refrigerándose con la colada solidificada de manera suspendida en el dispositivo de soporte (14), al menos hasta que la formación de microestructura de la colada está concluida (etapa 118), - la colada se desmoldea (etapa 120) retirando el molde perdido.
