Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób pionowego zalewania form wielkogabarytowych masywnych odlewów płytowych. Sposób polega na tym, że wykonuje się dwie przystające do siebie części formy, każdą z nich w niezależnej skrzyni formierskiej ustawionej na płycie podmodelowej z umieszczonym w niej modelem wraz z elementami centrującymi, wyposażonej w zamocowany w jej wnętrzu co najmniej jeden aktywny segment chłodzący o kształcie dopasowanym do odlewu i znanej pojemności cieplnej, przy czym w trakcie zasypywania modelu formuje się układ wlewowy i rozpoczyna proces wibracyjnego zagęszczania masy formierskiej wprowadzając cały układ w drgania o częstotliwości okołorezonansowej. Po związaniu masy formierskiej zespala się ze sobą obie skrzynie formierskie, a następnie podnosi się do pozycji pionowej i instaluje się zbiornik zalewowy na górnej ścianie skrzyni i podpina przewody łączące kolektor z aktywnymi segmentami chłodzącymi, po czym zalewa się formę ciekłym metalem i rozpoczyna się proces chłodzenia odlewu mgłą wodną.
