Abstract

El agente de pretratamiento para utilizarse antes de la formación de una capa mediante la aplicación de pintura de la presente invención contiene (A) uno o más elementos metálicos seleccionados del grupo que consiste de circonio, titanio y hafnio, (B) flúor, (C) uno o más agentes de acoplamiento seleccionados de un agente de acoplamiento de silano que contiene el grupo amino, su hidrolizado, y su polímero, y (D) un componente de al menos una de una alilamina y una polialilamina, en el cual la proporción en masa del agente de acoplamiento (C) al componente (D), (C/D) es de i o más. El método de revestimiento mediante la aplicación de pintura de la presente invención incluye una etapa de tratamiento de conversión química para tratar químicamente un sustrato metálico con el agente de pretratamiento, y una etapa para formar una capa mediante la aplicación de pintura sobre el sustrato metálico tratado químicamente. Cuando se forma una película de revestimiento a través de la formación de una capa mediante la aplicación de pintura sobre la superficie de un sustrato metálico que se ha pretratado de acuerdo con la presente invención, la película de revestimiento puede tener excelente adhesión, resistencia al agua salada y resistencia al impacto.
