Abstract

Se describe un procedimiento para hacer una fase de gal acondicionadora que comprende: formar una "co-fusión" en un primer recipiente que comprende alcohol graso y un componente catiónico y 0-15% en peso de una co-fusión de agua, (A) agregar la "co-fusión" a un segundo recipiente que contiene agua a 50-60°C, (B) mezclar, en donde la temperatura de la mezcla de la co-fusión y el agua en el segundo recipiente (B) se controla de manera que se mantiene de 56-65°C, de preferencia de 58-62°C, muy preferiblemente 60°C, en donde el alcohol graso tiene de 8 a 22 átomos de carbono y en donde el componente catiónico comprende de 0-70% en peso de componente catiónico, agentes tensoactivos catiónicos que tienen la fórmula N+R1R2R3R4, muy preferiblemente de 30-60% en peso del componente de agente tensoactivo catiónico, y en donde R1, R2, R3 R4 y son independientemente alquilo o bencilo (C1 a C30) y un procedimiento para fabricar una composición acondicionadora al formar una fase de gel acondicionadora obtenida a través de cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1-7 y después agregar cualesquiera ingredientes restantes.
