Abstract

La prensa de embutición de acuerdo con la invención (10) tiene un sujetador de lámina (35) en reposo, el cual está apoyado sobre el cuerpo de prensa (11); al sujetador de lámina (35) está asociado un portamachos (15) con un molde hembra (18), en que el portamachos (15) se mueve por medio de un mecanismo impulsor de portamachos posición de bloqueo; se logra la posición de bloqueo por ejemplo mediante una mecanismo (22) que en posición de bloqueo no transmite movimiento de la salida del mecanismo impulsor al servomotor (23) y/o (24) impulsor; por ejemplo, se logra esto mediante un mecanismo excéntrico (25, 26), si éste está en posición de expansión; para realizar la carrera de embutición propiamente dicha, el molde macho (34) está dispuesto de manera verticalmente movible; se sube o se baja la mesa de maniobra (32) asociada desde la mesa de prensa (31) por medio de un mecanismo impulsor de mesa (36); como mecanismo impulsor de mesa (36) sirve preferiblemente una vez más un mecanismo impulsor de servomotor con un mecanismo no lineal, por ejemplo un mecanismo excéntrico.
