Abstract
La prensa de estirado (10) de acuerdo con la invención tiene un mecanismo de engranaje direccionalmente en reversión para la tracción de su émbolo (15), por ejemplo, un mecanismo de engranaje de acoplamiento y por lo menos un servomotor (23); el servomotor (23) pasa a través del punto de reversión (Ut) del movimiento del émbolo, el cual está predeterminado por la cinemática del mecanismo de engranaje de acoplamiento, por ejemplo, la posición extendida de una tracción excéntrica; durante el cerrado del troquel (18), es decir durante un golpe de prensa, el servomotor (23) se activa de tal manera que primero pasa a través de este punto de reversión (Ut), luego se detiene, se invierte y pasa una vez más a través de el para que el troquel (18) se abra de nuevo; en consecuencia, frenar hasta una paralización y volver a acelerar el servomotor para el émbolo (15) superior, se realiza mientras la operación real de estirado está estancada o cuando ya se está realizando, es decir, durante el moldeado del plano en blanco metálico, lo que reduce significativamente el tiempo del ciclo.
