Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a sistemas, métodos y fórmulas para la producción de un producto horneado configurado con una forma redonda. En una modalidad, la fórmula puede incluir una grasa de alto punto de fusión y un azúcar granulado en una relación en peso de aproximadamente 1:1 para formar una pieza de galleta redonda que minimiza el aplanamiento durante el horneado.
