Abstract

La presente descripción describe un método y un dispositivo para obtener un servicio de voz, que pertenece al campo de comunicación móvil; el método para obtener el servicio de voz incluye: obtener un proceso del servicio correspondiente a un número de servicio de una llamada actual, el donde el proceso de servicio incluye información de aviso de entrada correspondiente a etapas respectivas, y la información de aviso de entrada se utiliza para indicar a un usuario que ingresa información; después que se establece el servicio, presentar la información de servicio de entrada en el proceso de servicio, y recibir una señal de teclado que se ingresa por el usuario para responder a la información de aviso de entrada; y enviar la señal de teclado a un sistema de servicio de voz automático, en donde el sistema de servicio de voz automático se utiliza para proporcionar un servicio de conformidad con la señal de teclado, lo que evita los problemas en la técnica relacionada que el usuario no sabe qué clase de señal de respuesta debe ingresar para continuar la consulta hasta que él o ella escucha toda la información de avis de voz, que consume mucho del tiempo de espera del usuario y acorta la vida de servicio de batería de la terminal.
