resumo patente de invenção: "método e dispositivo para obtenção de serviço de voz". a presente descrição descreve um método e um dispositivo para obtenção de um serviço de voz, que pertence ao campo de comunicação móvel. o método inclui: obter um processo de serviço correspondendo a um número de serviço de uma chamada atual, que inclui a informação de aviso registrada, a qual é utilizada para solicitar que um usuário registre a informação; depois que o número de serviço é passado, exibir a informação de aviso registrada no processo de serviço, e receber um sinal de teclado que é registrado pelo usuário para responder à informação de aviso registrada; e enviar o sinal de teclado para um sistema de serviço de voz automático, onde o sistema de serviço de voz automático é utilizado para fornecer um serviço de acordo com o sinal de teclado, o que evita os problemas da técnica anterior nos quais o usuário não sabe que tipo de sinal de resposta deve ser registrado para continuar a pesquisa até que ouça toda a informação de aviso de voz, o que consome muito tempo de espera do usuário e encurta a vida útil de bateria do terminal.
