Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la síntesis enzimática de (R)-aminas enantioméricamente enriquecidas de fórmula general [1] [c] (ver Fórmula) a partir de las cetonas correspondientes de la fórmula general [1] [a] (ver Fórmula) usando transaminasas novedosas. Estas transaminasas novedosas están seleccionadas de dos grupos diferentes: tanto de un grupo de algunas 20 proteínas con secuencias como se especifican en el presente documento como de un grupo de proteínas que tienen actividad de transaminasa y aisladas de un microorganismo seleccionado del grupo de organismos que consiste en Rahnella aquatilis, Ochrobactrum anthropi, Ochrobactrum tritici, Sinorhizobium morelense, Curtobacterium pusillum, Paecilomyces lilacinus, Microbacterium ginsengisoli, Microbacteriurn trichothecenolyticum, Pseudomonas citronellolis, Yersinia kristensenii, Achromobacter spanius, Achromobacter insolitus, Mycobacterium fortuitum, Mycobacterium frederiksbergense, Mycobacterium sacrum, Mycobacterium fluoranthenivorans, .Burkholderia sp., Burkholderia tropica, Cosmospora episphaeria y Fusarium oxysporum.
