Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a procesos para producir productos de fermentación a partir de un material que contiene almidón, en donde una alfa-amilasa, una proteasa termoestable, y opcionalmente una enzima generadora de una fuente de carbohidratos y/o una pululanasa, están presentes y/o son agregadas durante la licuefacción.
