Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a productos de oxidación cerosos de salvado de arroz, que se caracterizan por un índice de acidez medido de acuerdo con la norma DIN ISO 2114 de al menos 70 mg KOH/g, preferiblemente al menos 100 mg KOH/g, más preferiblemente al menos 140 mg KOH/g, y su uso para producir ceras de éster sintéticas mediante esterificación con uno o más alcoholes mono- o polivalentes.
