Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un producto alimenticio que comprende: un primer componente y un segundo componente que forman un producto alimenticio, en donde el producto alimenticio completo es liofilizado, el producto alimenticio tiene un contenido de agua debajo de 2% y el primer componente y el segundo componente son visiblemente distinguibles; en donde el primer componente es seleccionado del grupo que consiste en un yogurt u otro producto lácteo, un puré, un producto de cereal, un queso, una fruta, un vegetal, una carne, una malta, un chocolate, café, pescado u otro marisco, y combinaciones de los mismos; y en donde el segundo componente se selecciona del grupo que consiste en un yogurt u otro producto lácteo, un puré, un producto de cereal, un queso, una fruta, una vegetal, una carne una malta, un chocolate, café, u otro marisco, y combinaciones de los mismos caracterizado porque el primer componente y el segundo componente son co-depositados por co-extrusión y el primer componente rodea al segundo componte.
