Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a proveer: una composición de alimento fluido que contiene xilitol en una cantidad suficiente como para obtener un excelente dulzor, y que puede conservar la fluidez durante un largo periodo de tiempo, incluso cuando el contenido de agua sea bajo; y una confitura que se obtiene usando la composición de alimento fluido. La composición de alimento fluido comprende glicerol, xilitol, que está contenido en una cantidad para efectos de dulzor, y uno o más alcoholes de azúcar excluyendo el xilitol y el glicerol. Los alcoholes de azúcar, preferiblemente comprenden uno o más compuestos seleccionados del grupo que consiste de sorbitol, maltitol y palatinosa reducida. Esta confitura comprende una composición de relleno central que comprende una composición de alimento fluido y una composición de capa misma que al menos parte rodea composición de relleno central, la composición de capa seleccionada de un grupo que consiste de caramelo, goma de mascar y chocolate.
