Abstract
La presente invención se refiere generalmente a nucleótidos y nucleósidos 3'- OH marcados y no marcados con grupos de terminación que se pueden fotodescomponerse basados en nitrobencilo substituidos con 5-metoxi para usarse en métodos y sistemas relacionados con secuenciación y análisis de ADN y ARN. Estos compuestos pueden ser utilizados como terminadores reversibles ya que exhiben una rápida cinética de incorporación de nucleótido, terminación de base simple, alta selectividad de nucleótido y rápida descomposición de grupo de terminación que da como resultado un nucleótido de origen natural.
