Abstract
Esta invención se relaciona a formulaciones de liberación sostenida que comprenden biopolímero de fibronía de seda y adenosina, que proporcionan una liberación focal, sostenida de adenosina en niveles terapéuticos para el tratamiento de la epilepsia y/o la prevención de la epileptogénesis.
