Abstract
Se proporciona un sistema para realizar operaciones industriales que comprende por lo menos una cabeza de herramienta (H) que se proporciona como una herramienta (6, 7) y por lo menos un sensor S asociado a la cabeza de herramienta (H) y configurado para detectar un parámetro de operación de la cabeza de herramienta (H). El sistema comprende además un módulo de control (E) montado sobre la cabeza de herramienta (H) y que incluye una unidad de adquisición de datos (A) conectada al sensor (5) y configurada para adquirir los datos que provienen del por lo menos un sensor (S) y una unidad de transmisión inalámbrica (T) conectada a la unidad de adquisición (A) para recibir los datos adquiridos mencionados antes y configurados para transmitir los datos adquiridos a una unidad receptora (U) en un modo inalámbrico. El módulo (E) comprende además un dispositivo (EA) para almacenar energía eléctrica para suministro eléctrico de la unidad de adquisición (A) de la unidad de transmisión inalámbrica (T) y del sensor (S). El sistema comprende además un sistema de cargado inalámbrico (CH) para cargado del dispositivo (EA) para almacenar energía eléctrica, tal como por ejemplo un sistema de cargado inductivo, que comprende un primer dispositivo de cargado (CH1) transportado por la cabeza de herramienta (H) y conectado al dispositivo de almacenamiento de energía (EA) y un segundo dispositivo de cargado (CH2) asociado a una estación de trabajo estacionaria (1) y que coopera en modo inalámbrico con el primer dispositivo de cargado (CH1) conectado al dispositivo (EA) para almacenar energía eléctrica.
