Claims (4)
- 複数の電磁弁を有すると共に、無線通信可能に構成されるワイヤレスバルブマニホールドであって、
当該ワイヤレスバルブマニホールドは、可動部により移動する構成であり、
電力を蓄電し前記複数の電磁弁に前記電力を供給可能なバッテリと、
前記バッテリに接続されて、前記ワイヤレスバルブマニホールドの給電ステーションから無線電力伝送により当該バッテリに電力を充電する受電部とを有し、
前記受電部は、前記複数の電磁弁が並ぶ方向の一端側に設けられたハウジングの内部に収容され、且つ前記電磁弁の配置位置とは反対側の側面の近傍位置に設けられている

前記可動部は、エンドエフェクタを有するロボットであり、
前記ワイヤレスバルブマニホールドは、前記エンドエフェクタの側部に設けられている

前記可動部の動作を制御して、少なくとも原点位置とワークの処置位置との間で前記ワイヤレスバルブマニホールドを移動させる制御部が設けられ、
前記受電部は、前記ワイヤレスバルブマニホールドが前記原点位置に移動した際に、当該原点位置に設けられた給電部との間で前記無線電力伝送がなされる
ワイヤレスバルブマニホールド。 - 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のワイヤレスバルブマニホールドにおいて、
前記ワイヤレスバルブマニホールドは、流体アクチュエータ位置を検出するセンサからのセンサ入力を受信する入力信号処理部を拡張可能である
