Abstract

Un método para formar una composición nutricional líquida tratada térmicamente que tiene un pH neutro y que comprende un flavonoide vegetal insoluble en agua comprende proporcionar una composición nutricional líquida acuosa que tiene un pH de alrededor de 6 a alrededor de 7.5 y que comprende proteínas, grasas, carbohidratos y flavonoide vegetal insoluble en agua, homogeneizar la composición nutricional líquida a una presión de al menos alrededor de 2000 psi, y tratar térmicamente la composición nutricional líquida.
