Abstract

Se divulga un método para purificar sucralosa, que incluye: eliminar un disolvente de una solución de reacción de sucralosa para obtener una solución de sucralosa cruda concentrada; bajo agitación, añadir acetato de etilo a la solución concentrada de sucralosa cruda, calentar a una temperatura preestablecida, y mantener a la temperatura preestablecida durante un primer tiempo preestablecido para obtener una suspensión acuosa de producto crudo con una cierta cantidad de un cristal de sucralosa; y someter la suspensión acuosa de producto crudo a un enfriamiento gradiente hasta una temperatura final, mantenerla a la temperatura final durante un segundo tiempo preestablecido y filtrarla para obtener un cristal de sucralosa. El método presenta las ventajas de la sencillez de las operaciones, la pequeña capacidad de tratamiento y el bajo consumo de disolvente. Además, el uso de acetato de etilo no aumentará las especies adicionales en el proceso, y el punto de ebullición del acetato de etilo es mucho más bajo que el del acetato de butilo, de manera que el consumo de energía en la destilación para la recuperación del disolvente se reduce considerablemente, lo que favorece la mejora de la eficacia de la producción y la reducción del coste de producción.
