Abstract
Un dispositivo de conversión de energía resonante incluye: un circuito (10) principal provisto con un conmutador (5) de semiconductor, un condensador (3) y un inductor (4) conectados en serie o en paralelo al conmutador (5) de semiconductor; y un circuito (20) de accionamiento configurado para accionar el elemento (5) de conmutación. El elemento (5) de conmutación entra en un estado apagado o un estado encendido dependiendo de un voltaje de control ingresado a una terminal (G) de puerta, y el circuito (20) de accionamiento incluye dos o más tipos de voltajes de control, como un voltaje de control en que el elemento (5) de conmutación entra en un estado apagado.
