Abstract
Se proporcionan un alambrón no tratado con calor que tiene excelente estirabilidad y dureza de impacto y un método para manufacturarlo. El alambrón no tratado con calor de la presente invención contiene, en % en peso%, C: 0.02-0.30%, Si: 0.05-0.8%, Mn: 0.5-2.0%, Cr: 1.0% o menos, P: 0.03% o menos, S: 0.03% o menos, Al sol.: 0.01-0.07%, N: más de 0.01% y no más de 0.02%, y por lo menos uno de Nb: 0.1% o menos, V: 0.5% o menos, Ti: 0.1% o menos, y el resto que es Fe e impurezas inevitables, y tiene una microestructura de un alambrón que contiene ferrita y perlita, en donde la ferrita se forma continuamente o discontinuamente en intervalos predeterminados en una dirección paralela a la dirección de laminación del alambrón para configurar una pluralidad de capas de ferrita, y la perlita se forma continuamente o discontinuamente en los interiores o exteriores de las capas de ferrita en una dirección paralela a la dirección de laminación del alambrón para configurar una pluralidad de capas de perlita.
