Abstract
La invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la colada de material fundido (2) por medio de un recipiente de fundición (3), en el que se forma un espacio receptor de material fundido (4), en donde el recipiente de fundición (3) tiene una pila (5) en forma de lanza (20) que se encuentra debajo del recipiente de fundición (3); en donde el procedimiento comprende los siguientes pasos de procedimiento: - llenado del recipiente de fundición (3) con material fundido (2), en donde el material fundido (2) se introduce a través de una abertura de pila (6) de la lanza (20) desde un crisol (25) en el espacio receptor de material fundido (4) del recipiente de fundición (3); - colada de al menos una pieza de fundición con material fundido (2); - rellenado del recipiente de fundición (3) con material fundido (2), Al llenar el recipiente de fundición (3) con material fundido (2), se aloja más material fundido (2) en el espacio receptor de material fundido (4) que la requerida durante la colada de la pieza de trabajo de fundición; en donde inmediatamente antes de rellenar el recipiente de fundición (3), un material fundido residual (2), que tiene una piel de óxido formada en la superficie de material fundido (19), se encuentra en el espacio receptor de material fundido (4) del recipiente de fundición (3).
