Abstract
En la producción de una lámina de acero eléctrica no orientada mediante el laminado en caliente de una plancha de acero que contiene Si: 2.8 a 6.5% en masa y Zn: 0.0005 a 0.0050% en masa, seguido de laminación en frío y recocido de acabado, se aplica a la superficie de la lámina de acero, después del recocido de acabado, un agente de recubrimiento que contiene al menos un elemento seleccionado entre Sn, Sb, P, S, Se, As, Te, B, Pb y Bi, para formar un recubrimiento aislante con capacidad de supresión de la nitruración. Alternativamente, una capa intermedia que contiene al menos un elemento seleccionado entre Sn, Sb, P, S, Se, As, Te, B, Pb, y Bi y que tiene una capacidad de supresión de la nitruración se forma sobre la matriz de hierro de la lámina de acero después del recocido de acabado y se forma un recubrimiento aislante que no contiene los elementos anteriores sobre la capa intermedia para obtener así una lámina de acero eléctrica no orientada a partir de la cual se puede obtener al mismo tiempo un núcleo de rotor con alta resistencia y un núcleo de estator con excelentes propiedades magnéticas después del recocido de alivio de tensión, y se produce un núcleo de motor que comprende un núcleo de estator y un núcleo de rotor a partir de la lámina de acero.
