Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para fosfatar superficies metálicas formando capas utilizando una solución acuosa coloidal como etapa de activación, que contiene un constituyente particulado disperso, conteniendo el constituyente particulado, además de compuestos inorgánicos dispersos de fosfatos de cationes metálicos polivalentes, compuestos orgánicos poliméricos como agentes dispersantes que están compuestos al menos parcialmente por estireno y/o una ?-olefina que no tiene más de 5 átomos de carbono y están compuestos al menos parcialmente por ácido maleico, su anhídrido y/o su imida, el compuesto orgánico polimérico compuestos que comprenden adicionalmente unidades de polioxialquileno. Las etapas de limpieza y enjuague que preceden a la etapa de activación, así como la etapa de activación en sí, se pueden llevar a cabo utilizando agua de servicio de una manera que ahorra recursos sin ninguna pérdida del rendimiento de activación, la solución acuosa coloidal que contiene al menos 0.5 mmol/L de iones de metales alcalinotérreos disueltos en agua.
