Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una dispersión acuosa como un concentrado para la etapa de activación de fosfatado de superficies metálicas, que contiene un constituyente en partículas disperso y un espesante, el constituyente en partículas contiene, además de compuestos inorgánicos dispersos de cationes metálicos polivalentes, compuestos orgánicos poliméricos como agentes dispersantes que están compuestos al menos parcialmente por estireno y/o una a-olefina que no tiene más de 5 átomos de carbono y ácido maleico, su anhídrido y/o su imida, y que además comprenden unidades de polioxialquileno. La dispersión acuosa se caracteriza además por un valor D50 superior a 10 µm. La presente invención también se refiere a un método para el pretratamiento anticorrosión de las superficies de un material metálico, en particular para el fosfatado de zinc.
