Abstract
La invención de interés se refiere a un sistema de inspección (100, 200, 300, 400) para detectar una partícula en un cilindro transparente (10) que tiene un eje longitudinal (A) y un diámetro (D), el sistema de inspección comprende: -una fuente de luz (120, 220, 320, 420) capaz de iluminar un cilindro transparente (10), -una máscara (110, 210, 310, 410) capaz de bloquear al menos parte de la luz procedente de la fuente de luz, -la fuente de luz (120, 220, 320, 420) y la máscara (110, 210, 310, 410) están dispuestas de manera que, cuando el cilindro transparente (10) se coloca en el sistema para inspección, la fuente de luz, la máscara y el cilindro transparente están sustancialmente alineados a lo largo de un eje de inspección (B) perpendicular al eje longitudinal (A) de dicho cilindro transparente, y la máscara (110, 210, 310, 410) está interpuesta entre la fuente de luz (120, 220, 320, 420) y el cilindro transparente (10) para evitar la iluminación de una primera porción del cilindro transparente que tiene un ancho menor que el diámetro (D) del cilindro transparente mientras permite la iluminación de una segunda porción del cilindro transparente, estando configurada la máscara para proporcionar un contraste con una partícula presente en la primera porción del cilindro transparente e iluminada por luz refractada por la segunda porción del cilindro transparente.
