Abstract
La invención se refiere a un dispensador de lubricante, con un recipiente de almacenamiento (1) lleno de lubricante y una bomba (2) conectada o que se puede conectar al recipiente de almacenamiento (1) con la que se puede extraer lubricante del recipiente de almacenamiento (1), presentando la bomba una carcasa de bomba (3) con una abertura de entrada (4) y una abertura de salida (5), un émbolo (6) guiado de manera linealmente desplazable en la carcasa de bomba (3) y un accionamiento (7) que actúa sobre el émbolo (6), estando conectada o pudiendo conectarse la bomba (2) con su carcasa de bomba (3) al recipiente de almacenamiento (1), pudiendo elevarse y descender el émbolo (6) cíclicamente con el accionamiento (7) para el transporte del lubricante desde la abertura de entrada (4) hacia abertura de salida (5). El dispensador de lubricante se caracteriza por que el émbolo (6) está configurado escalonadamente con una superficie de émbolo superior (10) que define una cámara de desplazamiento superior (8) y una superficie de émbolo inferior (11), reducida con respecto a la superficie de émbolo superior (10), que define una cámara de desplazamiento inferior (9), limitando la cámara de desplazamiento superior (8) por medio de una primera válvula (13) con la abertura de entrada (4), siendo solicitada o pudiendo ser solicitada la primera válvula (13) a una primera posición básica cerrada, estando dispuesta en el émbolo (6) una abertura de paso (12a, 12b) que conecta la cámara de desplazamiento superior (8) por intermediación de una segunda válvula (14) con la cámara de desplazamiento inferior (9), prolongándose la cámara de desplazamiento inferior (9) por medio de un canal de salida (16) en la abertura de salida (5), abriéndose la primera válvula (por ejemplo, contra una fuerza de resorte) al descender el émbolo (6), por un lado, por la generación de una presión negativa en la cámara de desplazamiento superior (8) y aspirándose lubricante del recipiente de almacenamiento a la cámara de desplazamiento superior (8) y, por otro lado, cerrándose la segunda válvula (14) y presionándose lubricante fuera de la cámara de desplazamiento inferior (9) hacia el canal de salida (16), cerrándose, por un lado, la primera válvula (13) al elevarse el émbolo (6) y, por otro lado, abriéndose la segunda válvula (14) en el émbolo (6) y fluyendo tanto lubricante desde la cámara de desplazamiento superior (8) a la cámara de desplazamiento inferior (9) como presionándose lubricante desde la cámara de desplazamiento inferior (9) hacia el canal de salida (16).
