本发明提供一种柱塞式高压泵(100),包括泵壳(20),所述泵壳(20)内开设有高压组件容腔(201)及凸轮轴腔(202),在所述高压组件容腔(201)内设置有高压组件(30),所述凸轮轴腔(202)内设置有凸轮轴(40),所述凸轮轴(40)可以通过凸轮从动装置(50)驱动高压组件(30)进行加压,其特征在于,所述高压组件(30)包括固设于所述高压组件容腔(201)内的柱塞套(31)、设置于所述柱塞套(31)内的柱塞室(311),且可在所述柱塞室(311)内往复运动的柱塞(32)、及设置于柱塞套(31)内的阀腔(312)中的阀组件(33),所述柱塞室(311)与所述阀腔(312)连通,所述柱塞套(31)上设置有密封件容室(314),在所述密封件容室(314)内设置有柱塞密封件(34),以提供所述柱塞(32)与所述柱塞套(31)之间的密封,所述柱塞套上进一步设置有泄油通道(315),所述泄油通道(315)一端与所述密封件容室(314)连通,另一端与所述柱塞式高压泵(100)外连通。

柱塞式高压泵及其高压组件、柱塞套
技术领域
本发明有关一种高压泵,尤其是有关一种柱塞式高压泵及其高压组件、柱塞套。
背景技术
柱塞式高压泵在高压燃油泵领域应用广泛,柱塞式高压泵通过凸轮轴推动柱塞将柱塞腔中的燃油进行加压,并通过控制阀进行控制向外界供应高压燃油。
请参阅图1及图2所示,为现有技术中的柱塞式高压泵的基本结构示意。柱塞式高压泵900包括壳体90,在壳体90内开设有高压组件容腔901及凸轮轴腔902,高压组件容腔901与凸轮轴腔902连通。凸轮轴92设置在凸轮轴腔902内,而高压组件91设置在高压组件容腔901内。高压组件91包括柱塞套910及设置于柱塞套910的柱塞腔915,并可以在柱塞腔915内往复运动的柱塞911。在所述高压组件91与凸轮轴92之间进一步设置有从动件93,所述从动件93被凸轮轴92上的的凸轮推动,从而推动前述柱塞911在柱塞腔915内往复运动。
为了防止凸轮轴腔902内的润滑油在柱塞911的带动下进入燃油内降低燃油的品质,在柱塞套910下侧开设有密封件容室912,柱塞密封件913设置于所述密封件容室912内,提供柱塞911与柱塞套910之间的密封。在柱塞套910处于前述密封件容室912上方设置有储油槽916,所述储油槽916用以容纳处于柱塞913与柱塞套910之间的部分燃油,并通过泄油通道917将之引导至油箱(图未示)。所述泄油通道917为自柱塞套910外向柱塞腔915钻出的孔道,在末端,需要用堵头918将泄油通道917封闭。
然而,由于柱塞密封件913一般为塑胶材质,在柱塞911与其高速摩擦时可能会有碎末形成,且所述储油槽916与其高速摩擦时若温度过高可能会有碎末形成,储油槽916与柱塞密封件913之间的距离较远,故燃油对与柱塞密封件913的冷却作用有限。另外,堵头的存在也会使加工工序及零件复杂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供结构简单,加工方便的柱塞式高压泵及其高压组件、柱塞套。
本发明提供一种柱塞式高压泵,包括泵壳,所述泵壳内开设有高压组件容腔及凸轮轴腔,在所述高压组件容腔内设置有高压组件,所述凸轮轴腔内设置有凸轮轴,所述凸轮轴可以通过凸轮从动装置驱动高压组件进行加压,其特征在于,所述高压组件包括固设于所述高压组件容腔内的柱塞套、设置于所述柱塞套内的柱塞室,且可在所述柱塞室内往复运动的柱塞、及设置于柱塞套内的阀腔中的阀组件,所述柱塞室与所述阀腔连通,所述柱塞套上设置有密封件容室,在所述密封件容室内设置有柱塞密封件,以提供所述柱塞与所述柱塞套之间的密封,所述柱塞套上进一步设置有泄油通道,所述泄油通道一端与所述密封件容室连通,另一端与所述柱塞式高压泵外连通,所述泄油通道自所述密封件容室向斜上方的柱塞套内加工形成,且所述泄油通道的中心轴线延长线不与柱塞套的底端相交。
优选地,所述密封件容室与所述泄油通道之间通过一环槽连通或直接连通。
优选地,所述泄油通道的另一端通过一个出油口与柱塞式高压泵外连通。
本发明另外提供一种所述高压组件,其特征在于,包括柱塞套、设置于所述柱塞套内的柱塞室,且可在所述柱塞室内往复运动的柱塞、及设置于柱塞套内的阀腔中的阀组件,所述柱塞室与所述阀腔连通,所述柱塞套上设置有密封件容室,在所述密封件容室内设置有柱塞密封件,以提供所述柱塞与所述柱塞套之间的密封,所述柱塞套上进一步设置有泄油通道,所述泄油通道一端与所述密封件容室连通,另一端与所述高压组件外连通,所述泄油通道自所述密封件容室向斜上方的柱塞套内加工形成,且所述泄油通道的中心轴线延长线不与柱塞套的底端相交。
优选地,所述密封件容室与所述泄油通道之间通过一环槽连通或直接连通。
优选地,所述泄油通道的另一端通过一个出油口与所述高压组件外连通。
本发明还提供一种高压组件的柱塞套,所述柱塞套上设置有收容有柱塞密封件的密封件容室,及泄油通道,所述泄油通道一端连通于密封件容室另一端通过出油口与柱塞套之外连通,所述泄油通道自所述密封件容室向斜上方的柱塞套内加工形成,且所述泄油通道的中心轴线延长线不与柱塞套的底端相交。
优选地,所述泄油通道通过环槽与所述密封件容室连通。
本发明的柱塞式高压泵及其高压组件、柱塞套,泄油通道与密封环容室连通,所述泄油通道自所述密封件容室向柱塞套内加工形成,因此其无需使用堵头,从而使其结构简单,加工方便。

请参阅图3所示,其为本发明一种柱塞式高压泵的一个实施例的结构示意图。柱塞式高压泵100包括泵壳20,设置在泵壳20内的高压组件30及凸轮轴40,及处于高压组件30与凸轮轴40之间的凸轮从动装置50。泵壳20内开设有高压组件容腔201及凸轮轴腔202,高压组件容腔201与凸轮轴腔202相互连通,且垂直设置。在图1中所示的高压组件容腔有两个,在其它的实施例中,该高压组件容腔201可以有其它数目。高压组件30设置于高压组件容腔201内,凸轮轴40设置于凸轮轴腔202内,所述凸轮轴40可以通过凸轮从动装置50驱动高压组件30进行加压。
请配合参阅图4所示,高压组件30包括固设于所述高压组件容腔201内的柱塞套31,柱塞套31内开设有柱塞腔311及阀腔312,柱塞腔311与阀腔312相连通。在柱塞腔311内安装有柱塞32,在所述阀腔312内设置有阀组件33,在柱塞腔311的顶部,柱塞32与阀组件33之间形成高压腔。柱塞32可以在凸轮从动装置50的驱动下在柱塞腔311内往复运动,从而进行吸油及压油动作。
请配合参阅图5所示,自柱塞套31的底部即靠近凸轮从动装置50的部分加工出密封件容室314,自该密封件容室314的上部形成环槽316,且自该环槽316向斜上方的柱塞套31内加工形成泄油通道315,从而所述泄油通道315的中心轴线延长线不与柱塞套31底端相交。该泄油通道315并进一步与出油口317相连,从而将处于环槽316内的泄露油排出。在本实施例中,将排出到油箱,但在其它实施例中,可以排出至柱塞套31外的任何其它地方。在本实施例中,密封件容室314与泄油通道315通过环槽316相连,但在其它的实施例中,环槽316也可以不设置,使密封件容室314直接与泄油通道315相连通。
请结合参阅图4及图5,将柱塞32安装于柱塞腔311内,在密封件容室314内设置柱塞密封件34。在柱塞32于柱塞腔311内往复运动时,处于高压腔内的高压燃油会部分泄露到柱塞32与柱塞套31之间的间隙内,从而提供此处的润滑,另外泄露到密封件容室314处的燃油还可以将由柱塞密封件34与柱塞32之间摩擦所产生的热量部分带走,并通过出油口317排出柱塞套31之外。
本发明的柱塞式高压泵及其高压组件、柱塞套,泄油通道与密封环容室连通,所述泄油通道自所述密封件容室向柱塞套内加工形成,因此其无需使用堵头,从而使其结构简单,加工方便。同时从两个方面提高产品的鲁棒性:缩短了环槽316与柱塞密封件34之间的距离,强化燃油对柱塞密封件34的冷却,降低其工作温度从而降低其老化速度,提高寿命;增强柱塞密封件34上部的柱塞32和柱塞套31之间的润滑性,减少卡死风险。
以上仅结合目前考虑的最实用的优选实施例对本发明进行描述,需要理解的是,上述说明并非是对本发明的限制,本发明也并不限于上述举例,本技术领域的普通技术人员在本发明的实质范围内所做出的变化、改型、添加或替换,也应属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种柱塞式高压泵(100),包括泵壳(20),所述泵壳(20)内开设有高压组件容腔(201)及凸轮轴腔(202),在所述高压组件容腔(201)内设置有高压组件(30),所述凸轮轴腔(202)内设置有凸轮轴(40),所述凸轮轴(40)可以通过凸轮从动装置(50)驱动高压组件(30)进行加压,其特征在于,所述高压组件(30)包括固设于所述高压组件容腔(201)内的柱塞套(31)、设置于所述柱塞套(31)内的柱塞室(311),且可在所述柱塞室(311)内往复运动的柱塞(32)、及设置于柱塞套(31)内的阀腔(312)中的阀组件(33),所述柱塞室(311)与所述阀腔(312)连通,所述柱塞套(31)上设置有密封件容室(314),在所述密封件容室(314)内设置有柱塞密封件(34),以提供所述柱塞(32)与所述柱塞套(31)之间的密封,所述柱塞套上进一步设置有泄油通道(315),所述泄油通道(315)一端与所述密封件容室(314)连通,另一端与所述柱塞式高压泵(100)外连通,所述泄油通道(315)自所述密封件容室(314)向斜上方的柱塞套(31)内加工形成,且所述泄油通道(315)的中心轴线延长线不与柱塞套(31)的底端相交。
2.如权利要求1所述的柱塞式高压泵(100),其特征在于,所述密封件容室(314)与所述泄油通道(315)之间通过一环槽(316)连通。
3.如权利要求1所述的柱塞式高压泵(100),其特征在于,所述密封件容室(314)与所述泄油通道(315)之间直接连通。
4.如权利要求2或3所述的柱塞式高压泵(100),其特征在于,所述泄油通道(315)的另一端通过一个出油口(317)与柱塞式高压泵(100)外连通。
5.一种高压组件(30),其特征在于,包括柱塞套(31)、设置于所述柱塞套(31)内的柱塞室(311),且可在所述柱塞室(311)内往复运动的柱塞(32)、及设置于柱塞套(31)内的阀腔(312)中的阀组件(33),所述柱塞室(311)与所述阀腔(312)连通,所述柱塞套(31)上设置有密封件容室(314),在所述密封件容室(314)内设置有柱塞密封件(34),以提供所述柱塞(32)与所述柱塞套(31)之间的密封,所述柱塞套(31)上进一步设置有泄油通道(315),所述泄油通道(315)一端与所述密封件容室(314)连通,另一端与所述高压组件(30)外连通,所述泄油通道(315)自所述密封件容室(314)向斜上方的柱塞套(31)内加工形成,且所述泄油通道(315)的中心轴线延长线不与柱塞套(31)的底端相交。
6.如权利要求5所述的高压组件(30),其特征在于,所述密封件容室(314)与所述泄油通道(315)之间通过一环槽(316)连通。
7.如权利要求5所述的高压组件(30),其特征在于,所述密封件容室(314)与所述泄油通道(315)之间直接连通。
8.如权利要求6或7所述的高压组件(30),其特征在于,所述泄油通道(315)的另一端通过一个出油口(317)与所述高压组件(30)外连通。
9.一种高压组件的柱塞套(31),其特征在于,所述柱塞套(31)上设置有收容有柱塞密封件(34)的密封件容室(314),及泄油通道(315),所述泄油通道(315)一端连通于密封件容室(314)另一端通过出油口(317)与柱塞套(31)之外连通,所述泄油通道(315)自所述密封件容室(314)向斜上方的柱塞套(31)内加工形成,且所述泄油通道(315)的中心轴线延长线不与柱塞套(31)的底端相交。
