Abstract
Un método de detección de castañeo para una laminadora en frío de acuerdo la presente invención incluye: un paso de medición de vibración de una laminadora en frío; un paso de cálculo de una forma de onda de tiempo de intensidad de vibración efectuando el análisis de frecuencia sobre una forma de onda de tiempo de la vibración medida en el paso de medición por un período predeterminado igual a o más corto que un tiempo en el cual la vibración periódica continúa sin converger; y un paso de determinación de señales de vibración para detectar vibración señal de castañeo de la laminadora en frío sobre la base de número de puntos que tienen valores de intensidad de vibración que exceden un umbral predeterminado, estando los puntos incluidos en la forma de onda de tiempo de la intensidad de vibración calculada en el paso de cálculo.
