Abstract

Las modalidades que se describen en la presente son para determinar la calidad de soldadura mediante un dispositivo de formación de imagen configurado para generar una o más señales indicativas de un cordón de soldadura posicionado en al menos una parte. El conjunto de instrucciones legibles por máquina provoca que un dispositivo informático realice al menos lo siguiente cuando estas sean ejecutadas por el procesador: capturar una exploración inicial para determinar una pluralidad de información desplazada en función de las características predeterminadas de la parte, activar el dispositivo de formación de imagen para capturar una exploración del cordón de soldadura, establecer un perfil de exploración lineal del cordón de soldadura, determinar que la exploración del cordón de soldadura cumpla con un modelo predeterminado de soldadura y analizar el perfil de cordón de soldadura para determinar un volumen del cordón de soldadura, un borde ascendente del cordón de soldadura y un borde descendente del cordón de soldadura y comparar el perfil de cordón de soldadura con una pluralidad de parámetros predeterminados para el cordón de soldadura para determinar una calidad satisfactoria de soldadura.
