Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para el tratamiento de al menos una superficie de un sustrato, en donde dicha superficie está hecha al menos parcialmente de aluminio y/o una aleación de aluminio, que comprende al menos un paso de poner en contacto dicha superficie con una composición acuosa ácida (A), dicha composición acuosa ácida (A) comprende uno o más compuestos metálicos (M) seleccionados del grupo de compuestos de titanio, compuestos de circonio y compuestos de hafnio y uno o más polímeros (P) lineales que contienen (m1) (met)acrilato de hidroxietilo y/o hidroxipropilo, (m2) ácido vinilfosfónico y (m3) ácido (met)acrílico en forma de sus unidades monoméricas polimerizadas, uno o más polímeros (P) lineales están comprendidos en la composición acuosa ácida (A) en un cantidad de 50 a 5000 ppm, en base al peso total de la composición acuosa ácida, a una composición acuosa ácida correspondiente (A) como tal, a un lote maestro para producir dicha composición acuosa ácida (A), al uso de la composición acuosa ácida (A) para tratar superficies y sustratos que comprenden las superficies así tratadas.
