Abstract

Proporcionar un método de tratamiento de superficie para un material de base metálica que puede conducirse antes del recubrimiento de electrodeposición catódica a fin de mejorar la uniformidad del recubrimiento de electrodeposición catódica, un material metálico que se ha tratado por el método de tratamiento de superficie, y un método de recubrimiento utilizando tal material metálico. Un método de tratamiento de superficie metálica para mejorar la uniformidad del recubrimiento de electrodeposición catódica, incluyendo el método: una etapa de tratamiento de superficie para formar una película resistente a la oxidación al conducir el tratamiento de superficie sobre un material de base metálica, utilizando una composición de tratamiento de superficie que comprende iones de zirconio y/o titanio y un agente que imparte adhesivo el cual es al menos uno seleccionado del grupo que consiste de (A) compuesto que contiene silicio, (B) ión metálico que imparte adhesivo, y (C) resina que imparte adhesivo; y una etapa de post-tratamiento que trata todo o parte del material a base de metal, habiendo experimentado el proceso de tratamiento de superficie, utilizando una solución dada.
