Abstract
Proporcionar un método de tratamiento de superficie para un material de base metálica que puede conducirse antes del recubrimiento de electrodeposición catódica a fin de mejorar la uniformidad de una película de recubrimiento de electrodeposición catódica, un material metálico que se ha tratado por el método de tratamiento de superficie, y un método de recubrimiento utilizando el material metálico. Un método de tratamiento de superficie metálica para un material de base metálica a fin de mejorar la uniformidad de una película de recubrimiento de electrodeposición catódica, incluyendo el método: una etapa de tratamiento de superficie para formar una película de conversión química sobre un material de base metálica al poner en contacto el material de base metálica con una composición de tratamiento de superficie metálica que incluye iones de zirconio y/o titanio y un agente que imparte adhesivo caracterizado en ser al menos uno seleccionado del grupo que consiste de (A) compuesto que contiene silicio, (B) ión metálico que imparte adhesivo, y (C) resina que imparte adhesivo; y una etapa de calentamiento/desecado para calentar y secar el material de base metálica, sobre el cual se forma la película de conversión química, de 60ºC a 190ºC por al menos 30 segundos.
