Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para el tratamiento de una superficie metálica, que comprende la etapa de contactar la superficie metálica con una composición acuosa ácida, comprendiendo la composición acuosa ácida (a) uno o más compuestos metálicos (M) seleccionados del grupo de compuestos de titanio, compuestos de circonio y compuestos de hafnio; b) uno o más polímeros lineales (P) preparados por polimerización radicálica controlada y fabricados de (m1) N, N-dimetil (met)acrilamida y (m2) ácido vinilfosfónico, en forma de sus unidades monoméricas polimerizadas, con la condición de que entre el 85 y el 95% en moles de las unidades monoméricas polimerizadas sean unidades monoméricas polimerizadas de N, N-dimetil (met)acrilamida, y que la composición acuosa ácida comprenda uno o más polímeros lineales (P) en una cantidad de 10 a 500 ppm, en función del peso total de la composición acuosa ácida; y (c) uno o más compuestos de organosilano hidrolizable (S) o sus productos de hidrólisis (HS) y/o productos de condensación (CS). La invención se refiere además a una composición acuosa ácida utilizada en el método para el tratamiento, un lote maestro para producir tal composición acuosa ácida, el uso de la composición acuosa ácida para el tratamiento de superficies metálicas y sustratos que comprenden las superficies metálicas tratadas de ese modo.
