Abstract

Un objetivo de la presente invención es proporcionar un troquel de flexión que tiene una configuración simple y que es capaz de doblar un cuerpo en forma de varilla en una dirección XYZ tridimensional de manera rápida y confiable, el troquel de flexión comprende un par de troqueles formadores 10, 20 acoplados en una dirección Z, en donde los troqueles formadores tienen, respectivamente, porciones de hendidura formadora de cuerpo en forma de varilla 11, 21, y porciones guía del cuerpo en forma de varilla 12, 22 para guiar un cuerpo en forma de varilla hacia las porciones de hendidura formadoras del cuerpo en forma de varilla, cada una de las porciones de hendidura formadora del cuerpo en forma de varilla están formadas en una forma con una sección transversal semicircular que define, entre los troqueles formadores cuando los troqueles formadores están acoplados, una cavidad cilíndrica larga para formar el cuerpo en forma de varilla doblado en una dirección XYZ tridimensional, y cada una de las porciones guía del cuerpo en forma de varilla están formadas en una forma en V que se extiende hacia afuera desde ambos lados de cada una de las porciones de hendidura formadora del cuerpo en forma de varilla que tienen una sección transversal semicircular.
