Abstract
L'invention propose un procédé de réalisation d'un composant (10) comportant un corps tubulaire (12) en matière thermoplastique constitué d'au moins un tronçon coudé (20), comportant :a) une étape de production d'un extrudat tubulaire (38) par extrusion ou par injection ;b) une étape de formage dudit tronçon coudé (20) par cintrage à chaud d'un tronçon de l'extrudat (38) intermédiaire entre deux tronçons rectilignes,caractérisé en ce que l'étape de cintrage est réalisée en continu sur l'extrudat chaud (38) formé lors de l'étape de production.L'invention propose aussi une installation mettant en oeuvre le procédé, comportant un dispositif (24) de production de l'extrudat (38) par extrusion ou injection, et une tête de cintrage (42) agencée immédiatement en aval du dispositif de production (24).
