Abstract
La presente solicitud proporciona un método para seleccionar lotes de hidrolizado de soja para una cantidad deseada de un componente del mismo, como ornitina o putrescina, y seleccionar solo aquellos lotes de hidrolizado de soja que tienen una cantidad deseada de dicho componente. La presente divulgación también establece métodos para cultivar células en medios complementados con lotes seleccionados de soja para producir lotes de proteína de interés más consistentes y de alta calidad. Además, la presente descripción proporciona una pluralidad de preparaciones de proteínas que se han producido cultivando células en medios complementados con lotes separados de hidrolizado de soja que contienen una cantidad deseada de ornitina o putrescina, por lo que cada lote de proteína producida exhibe una calidad mejorada de la proteína de interés o cantidad de proteína de calidad producida.
