Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para la síntesis de una halo olefina de la Fórmula (I)en donde Hal, R1, R2, R3, R4, X e Y se definen de conformidad con la reivindicación 1, o una sal de aquella que comprende la etapa de protodescarboxilación de un derivado de ácido a-halo-acrílico en presencia de una cantidad catalítica de cobre y/o plata.
