Abstract
La presente invención describe un sistema y un proceso para producir una variedad de materiales de construcción de mezcla seca y materiales de construcción auxiliares (DMC) con propiedades estructurales mejoradas. Dicho sistema y proceso emplean una unidad de clasificación de material (204) que clasifica al menos una de la pluralidad de materias primas (A, B,..... N) con base en su tamaño de partícula y sus propiedades físicas. Estas materias primas clasificadas se almacenan por separado en los compartimientos para manejo de materiales (260) y se seleccionan de acuerdo con los requisitos de calidad de construcción del usuario final. La invención implica además el uso de una unidad de selección de material (210) la cual controla el funcionamiento de varios componentes de la presente invención. Dicho sistema y proceso también proporcionan un medio fácil de reutilizar productos de desecho industrial como cenizas volantes, escoria de alto horno para producir una variedad de materiales de construcción y materiales de construcción auxiliares.
