Abstract
La presente invención proporciona un haz de fibras de carbono de alta calidad y alta resistencia. El haz de fibras de carbono se caracteriza porque una relación (n/N) de un número n de pares en donde un defecto de 50 nm de tamaño o más está presente sobre al menos una de las superficies de fractura que forman el par hasta un número total N de pares de superficies de fractura de fibras seleccionadas al azar, después de realizar una prueba de tracción de fibra individual para una longitud de galga de 10 mm, es de 35% o menos, y en que un diámetro de fibra individual d es de 4.3 µm o más.
