Abstract
En la presente se reporta un método para la purificación de una proteína que comprende eritropoyetina y un residuo único de poli(etilenglicol) a partir de productos secundarios de reacción o material inicial que no ha reaccionado, por un método de cromatografía de intercambio catiónico. Se ha encontrado que al usar un material de cromatografía de intercambio catiónico ToyopearlMR SP-650 y usando una segunda etapa de lavado con un valor de pH incrementado en comparación con la primera etapa de lavado se puede obtener una proteína de fusión de eritropoyetina y un residuo único de poli(etilenglicol) en una etapa única con alta pureza y rendimiento, y adecuado para aplicaciones a gran escala.
