Abstract
Un objetivo es proporcionar un método para producir un derivado del ceteno que disminuye la cantidad de consumo de compuestos de fósforo y la cantidad de descarga de compuestos de fósforo al medio ambiente. Un método para producir un derivado del ceteno incluye un paso (i) que consiste en efectuar en un reactor una reacción de descomposición térmica de ácido acético, en presencia de un catalizador que contiene fósforo, para producir la descomposición térmica de gas que contiene ceteno, un paso (ii) que consiste en enfriar el gas de descomposición térmica, que se va a separar en un componente gaseoso que contiene ceteno y un líquido condensado que contiene un compuesto de fósforo (a) y un paso (iii) que consiste en hacer que el ceteno reaccione con un compuesto orgánico diferente para producir un derivado del ceteno. El paso (i) incluye efectuar la reacción de descomposición térmica mientras se suministra al reactor el líquido condensado que contiene el compuesto de fósforo (a) o un líquido concentrado del líquido condensado.
