Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método para producir un compuesto de la fórmula (I), (ver Fórmulas) en donde R es H o alquilo C1-C6, por reacción de al menos un compuesto de la fórmula (II) en donde R tiene la misma definición que en la fórmula (I) y en donde R1 es H, alquilo C1-C12 o cicloalquilo C3-C12, con un compuesto de la fórmula (III) en donde R2 es H o C(O)R3, en donde R3 es H o alquilo C1-C12, en presencia de al menos una enzima apropiada para transesterificación.
