Abstract
В соответствии со способом снижения выбросов метанола из установки по производству аммиака охлажденный метанолсодержащий исходный газ подают в абсорбер метанола, диоксид углерода отделяют от газовой фазы, отходящей из абсорбера метанола, метанолсодержащий газ подают в конечный сепаратор, и охлажденный, не содержащий метанол технологический конденсат из конечного сепаратора используют для вымывания метанола в промывной колонне. Удаление значительных количеств метанола можно обеспечить путем охлаждения потоков, подаваемых в колонну, и установки в колонну нескольких отдельных промывных поддонов.
