Abstract
Wynalazek dotyczy sposobu recyklingu metanolu w procesie wytwarzania szczawianu dimetylu z gazu syntezowego, obejmującego następujące etapy: i) strumień surowego metanolu zawierający azotan (III) metylu, mrówczan metylu i węglan dimetylu wprowadza się do pierwszej kolumny rozdzielającej i na jej szczycie otrzymuje się azotan (III) metylu, a na jej dnie otrzymuje się strumień surowego metanolu, zawierający mrówczan metylu i węglan dimetylu; ii) strumień surowego metanolu, zawierający mrówczan metylu i węglan dimetylu, wprowadza się do drugiej kolumny rozdzielającej i na jej szczycie otrzymuje się mrówczan metylu, a na jej dnie otrzymuje się strumień surowego metanolu, zawierający węglan dimetylu; i iii) strumień surowego metanolu, zawierający węglan dimetylu, wprowadza się do jednostki rozdzielającej węglan dimetylu - metanol i otrzymuje się strumień węglanu dimetylu i strumień metanolu do recyklingu, po rozdzieleniu. Zgodnie ze sposobem według niniejszego wynalazku można zmniejszyć ilość mrówczanu metylu nagromadzonego w układzie, a zatem można zmniejszyć korozję rurociągów i sprzętu. Dodatkowo można poprawić czystość metanolu, a zatem można zmniejszyć jego objętość obiegową, dzięki czemu zmniejsza się pobór mocy.
