Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a la industria alimentaria, en particular a la industria de confitería y puede utilizarse para la fabricación de golosinas, en particular caramelos con diversos rellenos, preferentemente chocolate, caramelo, mermelada u otros rellenos. La invención se propone simplificar la tecnología de fabricación reduciendo el número de operaciones de decoración del envoltorio y usando las formas y los colores del caramelo envuelto como base para las formas y los colores de la imagen que aparece sobre el envoltorio, y por lo tanto reducir el consumo de material tecnológico para crear una imagen sobre el envoltorio, y también mejorar la calidad de la imagen compuesta estilizada final mediante una alineación más precisa del caramelo y los fragmentos de la imagen representados sobre el envoltorio, aumentando así la actividad del consumidor y mejorando las propiedades higiénicas del consumo de caramelo. Dicho resultado técnico se logra mediante un caramelo que comprende un cuerpo recubierto con una capa glaseada y un envoltorio hecho de material transparente que lleva impresa una imagen estilizada en el cual se envuelve el cuerpo de caramelo uniendo la cara y los extremos del envoltorio. El envoltorio está compuesto de dos capas, a saber a saber una capa interna y una capa externa. El interior de la capa externa y/o el exterior de la capa interna comprende fragmentos de imagen coloreados con al menos un color y con la forma y las dimensiones correspondientes a las de los fragmentos respectivos de la imagen estilizada que aparece sobre el envoltorio. Se utiliza al menos un cuerpo de caramelo de forma esférica y destinado a crear una configuración tridimensional de la imagen estilizada sobre el envoltorio. El color del recubrimiento glaseado del cuerpo de caramelo forma una parte del color de la imagen estilizada que aparece sobre el envoltorio. La resistencia al desgarro de los extremos del envoltorio es inferior a la de su cara, de modo que el envoltorio puede abrirse desde su extremo ejerciendo presión sobre el envoltorio y sacando el caramelo desde el extremo (extremos frontal) sosteniendo la superficie externa del envoltorio.
