Abstract
Se proporciona un aparato de incineración por pirólisis de alta temperatura, y a fin de resolver un problema estructural de un aparato de incineración por pirólisis de alta temperatura que se sugiere por el presente solicitante, se minimiza la invasión del área interna de una cámara de combustión por la tubería del viento, e incluso si la pared de la cámara de combustión no tiene un gran espesor, se mejora la pared de la cámara de combustión en una estructura que puede construirse fuertemente, la recuperación de calor residual puede realizarse de forma innovadora, y el material de procesamiento de incineración puede quemarse completamente sin residuo no quemado en poco tiempo. Para este fin, el aparato de incineración por pirólisis de alta temperatura suministra de manera forzada aire externo a la cámara de combustión mientras quema un material de procesamiento de incineración que se inyecta en el mismo a alta temperatura dentro de la cámara de combustión que se encuentra aislada del exterior, en donde un tubo de suministro de aire 10 se dispone de manera fija en el centro de la cámara de combustión 2, una tubería de suministro de combustible 14 se instala en un borde superior del interior de la cámara de combustión 2, el fondo de una porción inferior del mismo se forma con una placa de perforación 28, una varilla de agitación 30 que gira utilizando el tubo de suministro de aire 10 ya que se dispone un eje de fijación en el centro del fondo del mismo, y en un lado del exterior de la cámara de combustión 2 se dispone un dispositivo de recuperación de calor 4 y la tubería de circulación 48 se extiende desde un lado de la tapa 12 de la cámara de combustión 2 hacia el exterior para regresar a una ubicación correspondiente a la porción superior de la varilla de agitación 30 en una pared de la cámara de combustión 2 a 10 través del interior del dispositivo de recuperación de calor 4.
