Abstract
【解決手段】外部と隔離された空間に焼却物を投入し、外部空気を強制供給しながら高温に燃焼させる燃焼室と、前記燃焼室2の中心に配置されて外部空気を強制供給する給気管10と、また燃焼室2の内部上側周縁に設けられて燃料を噴射する燃料供給管14と、前記燃焼室2の底になる有孔板28の中心から前記給気管10を軸に旋回可能で設けられて焼却処理物を取り混ぜる攪拌棒30と、前記燃焼室2の外部一側に配置されて燃焼室2の熱気を回収する熱回収装置4と、前記燃焼室2の蓋12から熱交換装置4を経て燃焼室2に戻って攪拌棒30の上方に復帰するように敷設されて燃焼室2の熱気を熱回収装置4に流通させる循環管48とを含む高温熱分解焼却炉を提供する。

上、中、下に区分穿設された給気孔16から円周方向に噴出され、前記燃焼室2の隅々まで均等に分散供給される。
Claims (4)
- 内部に投入される焼却処理物を、外部と隔離させた燃焼室の中から、高温に燃焼させながら、外部空気を前記燃焼室に強制供給するようになっている高温熱分解焼却炉にあって、
前記燃焼室2の中心に固定配置される給気管10と、前記燃焼室2の内周縁に設けられる燃料供給管14と、前記燃焼室2の底に敷設されて燃焼により生じる灰が外部に落ちるようにする有孔板28と、前記給気管10に回転自在に軸設されると共に前記有孔板28の上面で旋回する攪拌棒30と、前記燃焼室2の外部一側に配置される熱回収装置4と、前記燃焼室2の蓋12の一側から前記熱回収装置4の内部を経て前記燃焼室2の壁体に延長されて前記攪拌棒30の上方へ復帰するように敷設される循環管48を含む構成となることを特徴とする高温熱分解焼却炉。 - 前記攪拌棒30は、内側に多数の孔を有して軽量になり、また上下辺の輪郭が波模様になっており、前記燃焼室2の内部から焼却処理物が空気と十分に接触されるように攪拌する構成となることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高温熱分解焼却炉。
- 前記循環管48は、前記熱回収装置4と接続される部分が二つに分割配置されると共に、一側の循環管48にはバルブシート52が設けられ、他側の循環管48の終端は、前記バルブシート52に枢着される球形のボールバルブ体54に形成されるボールバルブになり、前記蓋12の開閉に同期してボールバルブが自動に循環管48を開閉する構成となることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高温熱分解焼却炉。
- 前記燃焼室2の内部には、温度センサー58とコントローラー8とが配置され、前記コントローラー8は前記温度センサー58の測定信号を増幅する増幅部60と、増幅された信号をデジタル信号に変換させる波形整形部62と、この波形整形されたデジタル信号を計数し出力する計数部64と、この計数部64の出力信号が基準レベル以上なら、信号を出力する比較器66と、この比較器66の信号が印加されると信号を出力する演算部68と、この演算部68の出力信号でタンオンされて燃料供給装置6の燃料ポンプを稼動させるスイッチング部70を含む構成となることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高温熱分解焼却炉。
